A breath running - Beat the Cystic Fribrosis

DTF medical welcomes this initiative contributing to inform and bring light on Cystic Fibrosis, that both team and products address vigorously.

During the Virade de l’Espoir, which aims at informing general public about Cystic Fibrosis and gathering funding for research, a family aimed at communicating in an original manner to inform about this genetic disease and better understand symptoms.

Aymeric Orliac, 27 years old, has 2 sisters suffering from Cystic Fibrosis. He then decided to climb the Mont Blanc in order to feel how much altitude would alter its breathing capacity and how would his sisters support this on a daily basis. Rather that climbing alone Mont Blanc, he wished to create a testimonial movie showing how he would feel and support the symptoms. During all his journey, one would be able to follow on its breathing progress as doctors would describe on the disease, its evolution and research progresses.
