Development of ANTIRICIN aerosol: a success-story reported on francetvinfo.fr.

ANTI-RICIN aerosol is the result of 3 years of a collaboration between DGA & its Health deparment (French Army), the CEPR specialized on aerosol and biomedicine (Inserm unity) and Aerodrug (DTF aerosoltherapy R&D department) specialized on aerosol technology and devices.  

The research project (initially named AERORIMAC) was conducted to develop an efficient treatment against ricine exposure from the anti-ricine antibody molecule provided by the army Health depatment.

This project was a "Dual" PUBLIC-french ARMY project with RAPID financial support.

The differents steps of the work process, from the galenic & the development of the aerosol device to the validation of pulmonary administration, is today reported by press : view the French reportage TV info (France 5)
